Bay Community Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.04 Per Share
OAKLAND, CA – April 30, 2021 — Bay Community Bancorp, (OTCPink: CBOBA) (the “Company”), parent company of Community Bank of the Bay, (the “Bank”) a San Francisco Bay Area commercial bank with fullservice offices in Oakland, Danville and San Mateo, today announced its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend is payable on June 4, 2021 to shareholders of record on May 24,2021.
