How to Update Your Chrome Browser Settings
With Chrome’s recent update (April 14, 2020), our clients’ may be experiencing difficulty logging in to Online Banking. Please use the following instructions to update your settings.
- Open Chrome, click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner to open the Tools menu. Click on Settings.
- Once on the Settings page, in the URL bar, delete the word “settings” and replace it with “flags” (chrome://flags/).
- Chrome will open a page of flags. In the search bar, enter “samesite.”
- Change the “SameSite by Default Cookies” setting to “disabled.”
- Close Chrome, reopen and log into Online Banking.
How to Update Your Safari Browser Settings
With Safari’s recent update (April 14, 2020), our clients’ may be experiencing difficulty logging in to Online Banking. Please use the following instructions to update your settings.
- Open Safari, click on “Preferences.”
- Click on “Website Tracking.”
- Uncheck “Prevent Cross-site Tracking.”
- Close the browser, reopen and log into Online Banking.
