Certificates of Deposit are intended to lock away your funds for a term of 3 months to 5 years. Withdrawing part of all of the funds in a CD may result in a penalty in the form of lost interest. |

Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service (CDARS)
CDARS delivers the convenience of a direct relationship with one financial institution, combined with the security you get from FDIC insurance. If FDIC insurance is important to your nonprofit, we can place your funds at other financial institutions within the CDARS program where they will be insured up to $250,000 on top of funds on deposit at Community Bank of the Bay.

Yes! In addition to our online banking services, the CBB mobile app allows you to manage your accounts, deposit checks, and review and approve scheduled transactions and Positive Pay exceptions. You can find it in the App Store or on Google Play.
