Essential functions may consist of but not limited to the following:


  • Run a full cycle of accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with vendor inquiries
  • Assist in Bank Statement Reconciliation
  • Assist in preparing Bank Certifications
  • Create and maintain fixed asset system
  • Assist in maintaining Cash position
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and files


This position will report to the Controller and will be a full time position.

Business Development Officer


The Business Development Officer is a key strategic leader with our San Mateo Team and will provide strategic leadership and direction to the company across all areas.


What you’ll do:

  • Candidate shall be responsible for identifying new depository clients, bringing them into the bank and retaining them once there.
  • Candidate is an ambitious, customer-focused professional with 10-15 years banking experience in the Peninsula/Silicon Valley markets.
  • Candidate shall have deposit growth goals tying to the bank’s strategic plan.
  • Candidate shall be eligible to participate in the bank’s compensation program and shall be eligible to receive bonuses for achieving individual goals.
  • Candidate to be well-informed of market conditions to determine good opportunities and keep current with market updates and financial news.
  • Candidate to shall maintain knowledge of banking compliance rules and regulations.
  • Candidate is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, maintaining a high degree of professionalism.
  • Candidate enjoys meeting prospects and clients face-to-face and will spend considerable time out of the office calling on prospects and clients.
  • Candidate will be expected to attend after hours events supporting business development, client appreciation, etc.
  • Candidate is well organized, meets deadlines.

Customer Services Representative


If you are outgoing person who: enjoys interacting with customers, has at least one year banking experience along with new account experience, is willing to work full time, is a good team player, and can demonstrate good problem solving skills, then we would like to meet with you.


A few of the duties that you would be ask to perform are (but not limited to) the following:


  • Assist customers with routine account-related request such as funds transfers, automatic funds transfers (AFTs), stop payments, inquiries about bank deposit products and service charges, transactions, inquiries about funds availability, and check verification requests by third parties.
  • Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.
  • Research customer questions regarding electronic funds transfers and completion of all necessary documents and affidavits.
  • Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs in accordance with the banks program standards.
  • Perform customer requested research, including printing statements and check copies.
