Just ask your relationship manager or someone in the branch to enroll your accounts in e-statements. Alternatively, you can send an email to centraloperations@bankcbb.com and request e-statements, be sure to indicate which accounts should be affected – but don’t send full account numbers via email.
No, not at this time. Please contact your Relationship manager or the branch to order checks. You also can go to a check printer directly or use a vendor like Costco to order checks.
Yes, once your remote deposits or mobile deposits have been approved or accepted by the bank, you’ll see them as “pending” transactions in your online banking, but the funds should appear in your available balance. All transactions posted mid-day will be reflected as “pending” until nightly processing when they will be “hard” posted.
