Summary of Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting loan officers in the evaluation of commercial credit and deal structure for commercial & industrial, commercial real estate, and SBA customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist Relationship Manager in delivering a relationship management service which provides value-added services guidance to customers, prospects and professionals.
  • Execute and coordinate with other divisions of the bank on a variety of administrative tasks such as: order loan documents, work with title and escrow companies to open and track existing orders, order appraisals and other third party reports.
  • Track loan renewals and request updated financial information from existing clients.
  • Prepare financial spread sheets to properly assess cash flow and debt service coverage.
  • Conduct annual portfolio reviews, and credit & legal file audits.
  • Assist in the preparation of Credit Approval Memoranda for analysis of repayment ability, collateral adequacy, credit worthiness, appropriate loan structure and adherence to Bank policies and proper loan risk rating.
  • Attend joint calls with the loan officer, as needed, to gather information about prospective and current Bank customers.
  • Ensure that covenant compliance and financial reporting requirements are addressed.
  • Attend credit training courses as needed to improve credit analysis skills and keep current on Federal and State banking regulations.


  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field and 3 to 4 years related experience.

Summary of Job Description

This position is responsible for managing daily operations of the Cash Management Department and Information Technology (IT). Assists Executive Management and helps align technology resources with the business objectives of the Bank. Recommends, develops, implements, and supports cost-effective technology solutions for Cash Management and IT. Plans, coordinates and conducts Risk Assessments in the areas of: IT, ACH, Wires and Vendor Management.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Cash Management Duties and Responsibilities – 60%

  • Manages sales, customer service, product management, and product development of new cash management business, as well as responsibility for maintaining product profitability.
  • Oversees and manages cash management staff. Provides administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of Cash Management department.
  • Analyzes, prepares and presents analyzed account statements, products and services to Relationship managers and Clients.
  • Sets up, verifies, and tests clients on all online banking functions.
  • Installs, trains and supports clients on all aspects of Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) machines and software.
  • Product management of all non-lending products and services.

This position is responsible for performing a variety of centralized duties pertaining to the documentation and servicing of commercial, consumer, construction and SBA loans.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Prepares loan documents for all types of loans, including commercial, consumer, construction and SBA loans.

• Funds and boards all new and renewal loan packages in accordance with the Bank approved credit write up.

• Processes all paid loans to ensure that all collateral liens are released within the required time frames.

• Reviews all loan documentation for accuracy, including setting up documentation files.

• Back up for processing all payments/loan advances.

• Preparation of payoff demands.

• Contacts title companies and insurance carriers to ensure lien and collateral positions as required by Bank approved credit write ups.

• Reviews title policies for accuracy to ensure our perfected interest.

• File maintenance.

• Processes credit reports, D&B reports, flood determinations and UCC Searches.

• All other duties as assigned.
